Empowering the neurodiverse for a better life and a better world

Social and professional skills development for children, adults, and employers with workshops proven to increase skills, instill confidence, and embrace neurodiversity
Built on university-based research

“Social thinking skills must be directly taught to children and adults with ASD. Doing so opens doors of social understandings in all areas of life.”

—Temple Grandin

How it works

iSocial empowers neurodiverse individuals with social skills development across the many phases of life.

iSocial
at a glance
  • We welcome all—we know that every neurodistinct person has potential and that no single solution is right for everyone. iSocial works for those on the autism spectrum and those with ADHD, PTSD, and others.
  • At iSocial, privacy and confidentiality are cornerstones of our process and are essential to the success of the interactive activities that advance individual skills.
  • We use a Zoom-based approach to customize and match each individual's experience based on factors like age, goals, abilities, interests, career role, or even organizational affiliation.
  • Skills development groups are comprised of up to six (6) individuals.
  • Programs are tailored to meet the goals of each individual, starting from their individual skill level at entry.
About neurodiversity
Impacts 15–20% of the world's population

Neurodiversity includes autism, attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), Tourette syndrome (TS), traumatic injury, and others. Our staff works with each individual to assess, contextualize, and carefully place them into a group of cohorts based on age, ability, goals, interests, and other needs.

Change the world

“When I think about my own son, I would like to say I wouldn’t change him for the world and so I’ll change the world for him.“

From fear and doubt to empowered confidence

“iSocial spread out all of my actions and reactions in detail in front of me so I could see them. Then it showed me which ones to focus on: what was actually happening with myself and others and what was just my paranoid fear. When I learned where to focus my attention, I discovered I actually had the skills I needed to succeed. This program gave me both the clarity and the confidence to use my skills effectively. Tearing down my doubt about making mistakes and replacing it with confidence means that I’m empowered to go to bat for myself.“

A day-and-night difference

“Our kiddo is getting so much from the classes. I have to say it is almost a day-and-night difference in him and how he interacts with those around him. I have no clue what all you are doing in class, but keep up the great work. His mom was telling me that her son is getting other students in his science class to pay more attention and start turning in assignments. The teacher is seeing what he is doing and can see the results.“

iSocial skills + IT skills = Life changing results

“Autism affects us all differently. iSocial provides tools, clarity, and processing techniques to help us cope with aspects of communication that we often struggle with. Social networking, for example, is a somewhat advanced social concept that can be effective to those able to make use of it. iSocial's programs teach us how and why it works—as well as the benefits of understanding and using it. Other concepts, like self-advocacy, goal setting, and relationship structures, are discussed in the same way. For those of us that see these concepts as exotic or alien, mastering them can be life-changing.“
